The path from group to team requires focus and dedication.
The difference comes from the dedication of team members to using all members' special resources to perform together.
Team performance only happens when team members set the joint result higher than their own individual needs.
In team development, we start by looking at the individual strengths and preferences and stumbling blocks in collaborative situations. And we look at how we as persons regulate our own approaches and reactions so that they support what we have set out to develop in the team.
We develop increased common understanding and define standards and goals for collaboration. We follow up on these, evaluate and take out learning to lift the efforts to the next level in team development.
Each team member receives sparring and coaching to ensure the implementation of appropriate approaches and maintaining a focus on development.
