I graduated as a psychologist from University of Aarhus. The first years of my career I worked with children and adolescents as a clinical psychologist.

Then I switched to the field of organizational psychology, and I am an approved specialist in Occupational and Organizational Psychology.

I am very inspired by systemic thinking. We can all find both support and limitations in our environment in relation to unfolding our individual potential. It is crucial at both the individual personal level and at the organizational level that interactions with others are conducted in forms based on recognition and respect

And I love using my camera in the world, so along with the great pictures of me by Ole Hein Pedersen I will drop in some of my own photos on this website as well.
