We then make a step-by-step analysis of the organizational factors and the design choices, so that we can assess the extent to which these fit in relation to the prioritized goals.

 

The result of the analysis forms a basis for the development of initiatives that will be able to support the desired and necessary change to ensure the goals. In this part of the process, we work with all kinds of initiatives and all resources.
