We sometimes face things in our lives that we may have a hard time accommodating and that limit our movement in life.


It helps to put it into words with a person who can be empathetically curious and who can create a safe framework for approaching the painful or challenging issues.


I work with individual development using Emotion Focused Therapy as an approach. This means that I support a contact to the emotions that we experience when we face difficulties in life. And it also means that the contact leads to new experiences with the emotions, so that new space and opportunities to work in life with energy and creativity arise.
